As long as your birthday falls 7 days either side of your planned visit then you qualify for your free ticket.

All free birthday tickets need to be booked via our help centre after booking the rest of your group in.

  • Free birthday ticket valid for qualifying shows that fall 7 days either side of your birthday.
  • Valid photographic ID must be shown on the night or the full ticket price will be requested to gain entry.
  • Booking in advance is required to take advantage of the free birthday promotion as this cannot be redeemed on the door.
  • The free birthday ticket offer can only be redeemed when purchasing at least 1 full price ticket.* (each birthday ticket needs 1 full price ticket)
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Not available for certain touring shows and special events including 'an audience with' shows
